In the primary interviews that were conducted, we explored a number of topics including the effect of the pandemic on ATM use best practices in determining outsource strategies and the valuation of the ATM channel in retail banking strategies. The purpose of the survey was to illuminate and define the current trends and future dynamics of ATM services and how these changes are impacting outsourcing strategies.
